Sorry for the delayed reply. To make my pattern I just traced a similar bib my baby received as a gift. I'll post a tutorial in the future, but just to clarify a little - the bibs shown in the two pictures are the fronts and backs of the same three bibs. I sewed around the bib shape right-sides-together and then turned them.
